A teenager from Tirana with the initials B.P., 16, died today at around 01:00 pm in a private hospital in Tirana during surgery.
The grave event is reported by Police sources, which confirm that there are suspicions that the teenager lost her life as a result of anesthesia although the cause has not been yet fully discovered.
Immediately after this tragedy the anesthesiologist who assisted her T. Zh., 53, resident in Tirana, attempted suicide (by injecting drugs in his body).He is in the hospital, in serious health condition under medical care.The investigative team is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the event.
