Foreign media and ex-Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha reports that an Albanian freighter is seized by the Libyan military. There are 8 Albanians and 3 Montenegrins detained.
According to information obtained by www.maritimebulletin.net, the Albanian freighter was intercepted by Libyan Coast Guard on Sep 15 for allegedly illegal transportation of construction materials, loaded at the Lybian port of Zawya which is located about 50km West of Tripoli.
Meanwhile Sali Berisha alarms that if the crew falls in the hands of Lybian milicia, their lifes are at risk. In this sens he urges the Albanain Government to act with its instrumetns./Oculus News
