The Council of Ministers approved at today's meeting, in principle, the financing agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the European Union Commission, about National Programme for the year 2013 under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), component "transition assistance and institutional strengthening".
Also the Council of Ministers approvet in principle the financing agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the European Commission, about the cross-border cooperation program "IPA Adriatic", as part of the second component of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance.
