Divjaka beach, starts the disinfection allegedly without impact on environment

Ministry of Health has launched a disinfenction operation in Divjaka to remove pests, mosquitoes and other insects from the area, one of the most important touristic area of Albania.

 According to Minister Ilir Beqaj, that process gives absolute guarantee for eradicating pests, and above all, the preparations has no impact on the environment.

Disinfection process will continue throughout the Albanian coast until Octomber. This operation was supposed to take place by air, but for the moment will be executed from the ground.

The last desinfection operation took place about two and a half decades ago, thus, the situation of the country at this point has been very difficult.
