The Government of Albania decided on Wednesday for russian citizens to enter in Albanian territory without visa, during 25 May and 30 September period. Exept russians, the Government resolution includes also to entry without visa citizens from South Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait.
In fact, this is a commonn resolution made from all Albanian Governments durin Summer season.
Because of West-Russia conflict, the involvment of russians in this resolution, is seen as doubtfull from the opposition party - DP.
Thus, two DP deputies call this resolution as a scandal, having in mind the international situation.
On the other side, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through Glevin Dervishi, who si the counsellor for media, reacted seying that this is a routine practice, and has nothing to do with the sanctions against russians. "Is a request made from tour operators, is a business request", Dervishi stated.
