About 4375 cannabis plants is found and destroyed by police in 5 local units in Shkodra. Police arrested the 61-year-old Zef Krepi, as the main suspect for planting about 97 cannabis plants in Little Mnelë village. Regarding this case, police arrested Zef Vathaj, he has not given information as to the cultivation of the drug. Meanwhile, Frrok Vathaj is wanted , 58, who had leased the plot where narcotic is plant.
Similarly, following the anti-cannabis operations, Shkodra police destroyed 197 narcotic plant stems, planted in the place called "Karma" in Markolaj Mount, Vau Deja Municipality. While in Hajn village, Shllak Municipality, are found and destroyed five plots with 1630 narcotic plants each.
Meanwhile, 775 narcotic plants were planted in 9 plots in Mnelë village.
About 1,547 narcotic plants were planted in 23 plots in the place called "Malc", Mazrrek village, Black Stone Municipality; and 226 narcotic plants in 4 plots, planted in a place called "Stan i Kabashit", Fierze Municipality, Puka.
Regarding this shocking case, police started immedietaly criminal proceedings, but without author.
