The Prosecution has asked for the release of the two main suspects over the death of Albanian businessman, Artan Santo in June this year.
Gjozi Cousins were arrested a few days ago as the main suspects. The Prosecution asked the Court to change the measure of security from prison in "appearance obligation" for Gazmir and Klodian Gjoza.
Both cousins from Fushe-Kruja were arrested on June 26th, the day when Santo was killed in front of the Bank where he worked in one of the most busiest areas of Tirana.
