The government has decided to begin the reform in the justice system in September, even though the opposition is against it.
Arben Isaraj, vice minister of Justice, in an interview given to "Shekulli", speaks about the possible changes that will happen soon in the system and what the authorities expect to achieve.According to Isaraj, one of the most important changes is reformatting the High Council of Justice.
"I would personally appreciate the initiative for a constitutional reformation of the Council, to involve in it the Prosecution, that among many other things, would make reality the President's "constitutional" dream for the School of Magistrates to be under the HCJ", he said.
