Durres, five ferries with 4500 passengers on board arrive, two others are expected in afternoon

Five ferries with passengers and vehicles on board from Bari have docked in Durres port today morning meanwhile two other ferries from Ancona and Brindisi are expected to arrive in the afternoon, official sources from regional border and migration department reported to ATSh.

According to sources, at 9.00-11.00 arrived ferries brought 45, 00 passengers and 910 vehicles, meanwhile is expected that this number may go to 6, 500.

Mos of these citizens are compatriots coming to pass holidays.

The waiting time at the customs is very short, thanks to the large number of sportels, 34.

The passengers' influx on ferries has been continously increasing from middle July.
