Ministry of Education and Sports will lead to being investigated all those individuals responsible for allowing the ”buying and selling” of degrees and licensing of educational institutions in violation of the law, stated on Friday the head of the department Lindita Nikolla during a press conference.
We want to create a transparent educational sistem wich aims to prepare new generation with the labor market and not the creation of the market of licenses. We will make full transparence, we will put before law those who licensed those educational institutions illegally," Nikolla said.
At the end fo the conference Nikolla emphasised that problems are found and in state educational institutions. "Over 90% of the universities were without the necessary staff. In the meain of educational institutions, Collegial Organs have taken decisions in contradiction with the law. Meanwhile 100% of those, according to Minister, do not fulfill the norms in the selection of the students on the professional master."
