The feast of Highlands launched upon the initiative of Shkreli commune for promotion of tourism in this area and supported by Albanian Development Fund was organized in the tourist attraction of Razma, Shkodra. It was organized in the light of the project “MONTREAL– investment in sustainable development of human, economic and local through participation and management of transboundary zones of Kelmend, Shkreli, Andrijevice, Berana and Plava," financed by IPA CBC founds.
This wonderful activity aims in promoting the touristic values of this meralvilious zone.
Some hundreds vizitors followed tha activity and tasted the beauties of nature.
At the same time, this project will implement a strategic plan in orienting the efforts of local governments, businesses and peoples to make available this wonderful zone in favor of local people.
