6 officials are fined with 100,000 leks from High Inspectorate of Wealth Declaration (ILDKP) for not declaring their assets. Among them is the National Nuclear Agency Chairman, Fatos Klosi.
"After completing this process, again we have noticed there are infringement by declaring entities. Unfortunately, as a result of mismanagement of the institution in recent years, are found subjects who have not fulfilled their legal obligation in submitting the official document to ILDKPKI," Albanian State News Agency ATSH reports. |
Shqip - 6 zyrtarë janë gjobitur me 100.000 lekë gjobë nga ILDKP për refuzim të deklarimit në afat dhe pa shkaqe të arsyeshme të deklaratës së pasurisë. Mes tyre është edhe Kryetari i Agjensisë Kombëtare Bërthamor Fatos Klosi.
“Pas përfundimit të këtij procesi, përsëri vijojnë të konstatohen shkelje nga ana e subjekteve deklarues. Fatkeqësisht, si rezultat i keqmenaxhimit të institucionit vitet e fundit, janë konstatuar subjekte deklarues të cilët nuk kanë përmbushur detyrimin e tyre ligjor në plotësimin dhe më pas dorëzimin e dokumentit zyrtar “Deklaratë e Interesave Private” pranë ILDKPKI”- bëhet me dije nga ILDKP. |
