Anti-atomic Tunnel Revealed at Tirana Center

A anti-atomic tunnel at the center of Tirana is revealed recently by Government.
The tunnel as seen on these photos leads to anti-atomic housing located at Ministry of Interior, has undergone reconstruction.

While the reconstruction process is in the end, today are published two photos, where you can see the entrance of the tunnel, "Shekulli" newspaper writes,without citing the source of publication.

According to Prime Minister architect and advisor, Artan Shkreli, this housing was built in Cold War years and lies underneath the square between the National Theatre and the Ministries.

While in the forthcoming days we hope to learn more details about this mystic tunnel. For example, which are the parameters that makes this tunnel anti-atomic? How much time and cost took to build this large tunnel in a time where Albania was one of the poorest countries of Europe, etc., and this atomic-tunnel would had been the last thing to build?
