Municipality of Tirana started the action to fine citizens who urinate on Lana river.
So far three citizens have been penalized, who are caught urinating by Municipal Police. These persons are fined of Lek 5,000 each for the offence "Environmental Pollution".
Along with the fine sheet, the municipality police has published also the faces of these persons along with generalities, as seen in these pictures.
