Tirana Prosecution extends up to three months the investigation process of Agon Channel owner, Francesco Becchetti. The reason for this extension is that the inalian businessman was not aware aobut made aware of not taking the Italian businessman in connection with allegations made by the Albanian prosecution.
Becchetti will face three counts, money laundering, theft through abuse of office and creation of rogue schemes in order to benefit. Informing the accused is the last stage before the file will be sent to the court by investigation team. If Becchetti will get notified about the charges then he will soon face charges in court.
While Bacchetti's mother, Liliana Kondomiti, has been notifyed by mail and her notification is called done. As for other Becketti's collaborator Mauro De Renzis, the notification has not been done.
49-year-old Itallian allegedly has "cleared" about 100 million euros in Albania. Allegedly a vast amount of money came in Albania through Italy, Luxembourg and Austria without justifying the source by Becketti's companies.
