Sisters of King Zogu I had a trip overseas with a message of greeting to the Albanian-American compatriots. Ben Andoni has published an article that describes the trip according "New York Post", dated March 14, 1938. Princesses were accompanied by the famous Faik Konica, who was the ambassador of the Kingdom of Albania in Washington. They met with many Albanians, who welcomed their arrival and sent thanks and congratulations for the marriage of King Zog I with Countess Geraldine Appony.

Princesses had several visits and were visited by many representatives of the Albanian community in Boston.

In their suite in the hotel, they were visited by Bishop Fan Noli. Noli expressed the desire to return to homeland. He gave a press statement during the meeting with the Albanian princesses. Noli described the Princesses as "very attractive".
Their visits were associated with a specific proposal from the famous producer Sam Goldqin. As United Press agency reported.

He asked to the beautiful Albanian princesses to be part of his a film related to Albanian Kingdom. He sent a formal request to Ambassador Faik Konica: "I want to discuss with the Royal Princesses and to take their expert advice on Royal Court procedures for the production of a film built around a small mythical Kingdom, but important. We would like to discuss and, if possible, princesses to be part of the film, such as portraying the royal hierarchy."

But this proposal was not implemented for various reasons. Not because of Fascist occupation, as Ben Andoni writes - seems that Andoni has not describe in a fair waw the New York Post article of March 14, 1938. Fascist occupation occurred on April 7, 1939.

Albanian Princess visit in US lasted several days.
