Albanian-Kosovar projects on spatial planning and urbanization

 Albanian Minister of Urban Development, Eglantina Gjermeni and Spatial planning minister of Republic of Kosovo, Ferid Agani, during a fruitful meeting held Tuesday in Pristina agreed on developing a common competition on cross-border areas, namely Tropojё – Has – Gjakova and Kukёs – Prizren.

This competition, due to be launched by the end of next November, will encourage the participation of young professionals in the field of architecture and urbanization to present concrete projects, ensuring an integrated territorial development on either sides of the border.

According to them, this cooperation will be materialized by other common activities in the field of legalization and integration of informal settlements, as well as in the field of housing and licensing professionals in the area of planning and construction. .
