The municipality has provided considerable human and financial resources, assessing the intervention as crucial for the city, the citizens and especially for residents who live along Gjanica River.
“This does not mean that implementation of rehabilitation project of the river kicked off, as this project will be of the best possible parameters, which still requires time to be completed, but it is an emergency solution to prevent flooding”, reads the press release of the municipality of Fier.
