The discovery of an old Albanian temple in Azerbaijan is reported by the businessman Behgjet Pacolli. He posted on his profile on "Facebook" a picture of the temple.
Based on Pacolli's status, this temple was built about 800 years ago in Azerbaijan for the King of Albany (Roi d'Albanie). Pacolli urged Kosovo historians to explore the building, issues for which he is willing to sponsor.
"I want to share with you a picture of an Albanian temple thet was built between 1216-1238 for Hasan Djalalin, also called King of Albany (Roi d'Albanie). (At that time there was not Arbëria or Albania). In this temple in Azerbaijan I have also seen writings very similar to the Albanian alphabet. Obviously, the Albanian language was used earlier that "the Buzuku Missal", or first signs of Albanian found in Dubrovnik, 1286. In this temple are similar signs of those that prove the existence of the Caucasus Albany, three and a half centuries BC. I invite historians of Kosovo to visit places where the Caucasian Albania was installed, respectively, in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Karabakh and the southwestern Iranian Caspian. A sponsorship of Kosovo explorers on this issue I would support with pleasure," Pacolli writes.
