An international drug trafficking, cocaine and heroin was discovered and sequestred in Verona by Italian police.
Some members of a drug trafficking organization that supply Italy with narcotics from Albania and Morocco has been arrested this morning. Most of the suspects are under house arrest in the cities of Verona, Bologna and Rovigo, Italian media reports.
Investigations were launched three years ago and in recent weeks this circle has been narrowing considerabely, as Italian media writes.
Drugs, according to police sources, came to Italy through the so-called couriers who hid drugs in different ways to avoid detection by the police during the search of luggage.
Some of them during the investigations were stopped and arrested shortly after descending from the plane they were traveling.
