Rigoletto, an opera in three acts by Giuseppe Verdi, will open the new season at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Tirana, scheduled to be premiered on Jan 21.
Many talented Albanian and foreign artists will perform in this production directed by Gurakuqi- Nikolin conducted by Juan Manuel Busto.
Opera will be revealed to the public on January 21, 23, 24 and 25, 2016.
Another opera for this season will be "I Capuleti ei Montecchi" by V. Bellini. The love story of Romeo and Juliet will be displayed to the public in March and will be performed by selected artists to bring a really beautiful and qualitative performance by director aily Bozok.
