Secretary of State for European Affairs of the French Government, Harlem Desir, will pay an official visit in Tirana on 30 and 31 March, in the framework of the preparation of the Paris Summit on the Western Balkans.
French Embassy in Tirana reports that the main topic will be the implementation of the decisions of the Vienna Conference and the Paris Conference expectations.
On March 31 at 11:00, Desir will host a press conference at French Embassy, in connection with his visit.Berlin Process is an initiative of the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, with the aim of providing political and financial support for Western Balkan countries in the process of European integration. The process began with the Berlin Conference in 2014, to continue with the Vienna Summit that was held in August 2015 and this year with the Paris Conference.
