Tirana Police announced yesterday to a person is placed explosives under his car.
The incident happened at a place called "Liqeni i Thatë", were around 07:30 to citizen with initials VB, 44, resident in Vlora, unidentified persons have placed explosives in his car type "Mercedes Benz".
According to police, the amount of 450 grams of explosives was C4.
From the investigations, is resulted that the explosives did not blasted for unknown reasons, as the fuse of detonators burst.Police has started the work to identify and arrest the author.
