| Tirana this morning |
Today is the "Day of Summer" and Tirana will have numerous activities. Albanian capital welcomes this day and there will be lots of activities organized by the Municipality. This Monday, official holiday for the citizens, preparations have begun early hours of this morning.
Police forces, traders with ballokume (the sweet that symbolizes this day) are seen everywhere on both sides of the city. The traffic is blocked partly at the Boulevard "Martyrs of the Nation" in part because citizens are expected to be those that will fill it today. Although the weather is not in favor of this day, the activities and the atmosphere have the same motivation.

The trees along the boulevard are wearing multiple colors, while in the "Mother Teresa" square, the city is preparing for the concert to be held at 10.30.
Festival of balloons, sports, artistic performances, bio food fair and concerts, are the activities that will be held this "Summer Day".
