Interior Minister of southwestern German state of Saarland has planned the use of intelligence tests for finding talented refugees as well as to accelerate their integration.
"We want to start a pilot project that uses intelligence tests for the detection of talent among refugees, grouping them in terms of professional skills or to understand what they need to learn," said Minister Klaus Bouillon to German newspaper "Rheinische Post". He added that he expects around 600-700 refugees to start this program on a voluntary basis."On this issue, we are planning the cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency as well as with experts," he said.
