Protecting the interests of the middle class is one of the key steps to sustainable development in Albania. This statement came today by the Minister of Social Welfare and Youth, Blendi Klos at the International Conference Centre of Employment.
"We, as a Ministry are concerned to protect the interests of the middle class through policies of employment. There are many laws about human rights but is the Albanian reality as it is written op papers. We need very much your advice, to share our experiences with you, to see where we went wrong and what we need to do better," Klos said.
The Minister noted that in Albania will not be progress if will not be harmonized different interests of society, recognizing the past and contributing to the future."In a broader perspective there can be no progress without harmonizing different interests of society while respecting moral and cultural values, knowing the past to see the future with our focus." Also, he did mentioned the two main directions of the Government which according to him have created sustainability.
"The government has clearly defined two directions for creating wide ranging sustainability of employment policies and vocational education. We realized that we should have a clear policy and open discussions. We know very well that vocational education will be successful alongside business," concluded Klos.
