On World Biodiversity Day, the association for the Protection and Preservation of Natural Environment in Albania (PPNEA) has published the results of a survey conducted in Puka and Mirdita forests.
"PPNEA is working intensively to identify biodiversity values of Albania. Besides numerous activities, each year we develop monitoring fauna season in the framework of the Balkan Lynx Recovery; monitoring that highlights our fauna assets through camera-trap surveys. For this year we announce the closing of the season, held in the mountainous regions of Puka and Mirdita, and we are pleased to share with you some of the most interesting photos taken by the camera-trap "- says the statement of PPNEA.
