Representatives of Albanian National Federation for Hunting and Conservation met yesterday with Deputy Minister of Environment, Kledi Xhaxhiu in order to postpone the hunting moratorium. In addition to the first point, that is non-negotiable for hunters, there has been some points of cooperation.
Some of the issues on which the parties are agreed: 1. Associations take use of hunting areas; 2. The qualification, testing and certification is made by hunters' associations. 3 The number of hunters who will operate during the hunting season to be in line with the area of the hunting areas. 4. charges on hunting to be the same as the countries of the region. 5. Hunting is exercised only two days a week, on Saturdays and Sundays and official holidays. 6. hunters associations with the assistance of the Federation to make an inventory of wildlife subject to hunting.
