The US pressure has started to bear the first results in the Democratic Party, where voices are emerging publicly against the leadership of the largest party in opposition.
Eduard Selami said he would vote for the Justice Reform. Gratitude to Americans - Selami says - and calls Basha to accept consensus or face the consequences.
Selami stated that Basha will even not have the support of Democratic Party membership if does not votes."My desire as a democrat is that Basha to accept the consensus, to accept the draft by Mrs. Nuland. Otherwise there will be huge consequences for Mr. Basha himselve. If not, it's entirely possible that this reform to be passed in Parliament. I am one of them, I am declaring that my vote is a vote for a European Albania, is a vote against corruption, is a vote for the future of Albania. The recognition of America has my vote, and I have enough Democrats who yesterday supported Basha, and after the following conditions he have no more support..."said Selami.
Selami did not mention the names of other MPs who would are pro the reform, but he said he was sure that the membership of the Democratic Party demands the reform.
