Tour operators and travel agencies from Poland are visiting Albania these days, as part of a familiarization trip.
The purpose of this visit is to introduce tourist package that the country can offer to Polish market and the close exploration of our touristic attractions.
During this year, Albania is visited by over 45 thousand Polish tourists, 30% more than the last year, having a satisfactory frequency of 4 charter flights per week.Meanwhile, as part of this collaboration of the Albanian tourist agencies with their Polish partners, the number of such flights is expected to increase up to 10 charter flights per week, over a period of 3 months from the beginning of June until the end of September 2017.
This market generally prefers to spend holiday on the Adriatic coast, but also combining well also the cultural tourism opportunities through daily tours. Also a group of 60 journalists from Poland visited Albania, and according to Ministry of Economy, they will certainly further increase the promotional activity of Albania as a tourist destination in the Polish public opinion.
