A month and a half before the end of the agreement with the International Monetary Fund, the IMF mission arrives on Tuesday in Tirana, on its last visit to the Albanian authorities.
Sources say to Albanian public television that the attitude of the team of IMF will have a similar agenda to other missions, including meetings with the finance minstrinë, the economy and the Bank of Albania.
Part of discussions with experts of IMF and the head of mission Anita Tuladhar will be the law of the deletion of tax and customs charges. The law is expected to pass in parliament on mid-February, after the parties were agreed to delete all tax and customs created by 2010's as well as the deletion of fines from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2014- with the condition that full tax to be paid.Part of the draft which received the green light from the IMF are penalties for companies of cash registers for their delays in supply during the first phase of the action of anti-informality.
At the conclusion of a recent visit to Tirana, the IMF will sign the final agreement, which paves the way for the final loan of 330million euros by the IMF for the Albanian Government.
