Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said today that Serbia is ready to send its army in Kosovo, if the Serbian population in Kosovo is in danger.
Such a threatening and provocative statement in the 21st century when the two countries are sitting at the table to find the language of cooperation, with all the tragic story of the past for a European future, does not serve any of them nor Europe.
For these statements the first reaction came from the Albanian politics. It is about former Albanian prime minister at the time of the Kosovo war Pandeli Majko, who also has a special relationship with Kosovo, while he has a Kosovar passport. He says in a Facebook status that the dialogue is the option of the European solutions.
Majko has an answer to the threat of Nikolic, he says that Albanians have a greate national handicap: "They are braver in war than in peace."
