The Netherlands Foreign Minister, Bert Koenders conveyed today the message of the importance of dialogue to resolve the political stalemate in Albania.
In a joint press conference with Albanian Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati, he said that parliamentary elections are a very important moment for Albania.
"I think the coming elections are important. Are an internal matter and I do not want to get involved, but I stress that it is important to have a Political, Koenders said.
Meanwhile, the Dutch minister said that now came the time for reforms to be implemented, with an emphasis on Justice Reform.
Koenders said that Dutch investors have their eyes on Albania, citing tourism as an area of interest."Albania has made great progress since 1991. During these years is strengthened the cooperation between our countries. Now we continue with the cooperation agreement, while Dutch investors are showing interest in Albania. We find ourselves in different areas here in Albania, especially in tourism. We also have cooperation in the international forum in the field of security and in the common fight against ISIS. In May there will be direct flights Tirana-Amsterdam. We supported Albania's European perspective. The Foreign Minister of Albania Bushati stopped in reforms, noting that the implementation of the Vetting Law is a key moment for European integration.
