Low temperatures during the last days in Macedonia have damaged trees and vineyards in different regions of the country. The last ones that have suffered damages are also the orchards of Ohrid and Struga.
Local horticulturists say they have expected for this year to be the most fruitful, but the worst happened, Macedonian media reports.
"It will be difficult for us as a facilitator in this process. Will be difficult for existence. Here, there will be no apple for remedy, don't even think for consumption," said Cveto Lavoski, a worker. While in the Ohrid region in addition to apple trees, about 200 hectares of cherry trees have been damaged./Oculus News
