The pure air of the surrounding pines, their permanent greenery, hills covered with fig trees and olive trees, beautiful and ancient mosques in the center of the city, among which the most famous are the King Mosque (1512). The Lead Mosque (1555) , Mosque of Singles (1827), and the Mosque of Celebi Hysen Pasha (grandson of Kara Mahmud Pasha) in the Murat Celepias neighborhood, are evidence that Beratas citizens like all other citizens of Albania live in harmony with each other regardless of the religion./Oculus News
