Serbian newspaper "Alo" in today's edition writes that two retired Croatian generals are helping Kosovo in forming the army and once Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is elected, there is a plan for the Kosovo Security Force to become an army, informs Klan Kosova.
It is about Ante Gotovina, retired Croatian lieutenant general, and Mladen Markac, retired general who was the leader of the Croatian special police force.
According to Alo, plans for transforming the KSF into an army are already on paper, and all that is expected is the formalization of Haradinaj as a Prime Minister.
This Serbian daily continues the script by providing its readers with a detailed plan for the Armed Forces of Kosovo."They are just waiting for the formation of the Government and the appointment of the Prime Minister Haradinaj. The money have already been collected and the armament will not be a problem. The plan is for Gotovina and Markac to be advisers," Alo writes with the claim that the information has an interview with a very well-informed person on the issue.
According to this article, money has already been paid to hire the two generals and one of them, Getovina, has been several times in Kosovo on unofficial visits. The first contact, as Alo writes, between Hashim Thaci and Croatian generals has been set by former Kosovo Prime Minister and former KLA commander Agim Ceku.
These allegations by Alo are confirmed by the journalist and the Serbian Progressive Party MP Milovan Drecun, who said that they are familiar with the involvement of Croatian generals and that everything is being done under the umbrella of NATO.
According to Drecun, Kosovo has already provided the budget for the purchase of five helicopters and equipment of heavy weapons./Oculus News
