Klodjan Kertalli, 28, while driving a vehicle tipe Volvo V40 crashed with a van Peugeot Expert .
Kertalli was immediately taken to the hospital but could not survive because the severe injuries he received, while the man driving the van, a 59-year-old Italian escaped the accident, Italian media reports.
