Albanian Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati met with Kosovo counterpart Behgjet Pacolli today in Tirana.
He said that Kosovo continues to be the natural strategic partner for Albania. But he promised another thing."Very soon in the port of Durres, only a customs point for both countries, as the easing threshold between the two countries and the European standard.
