Another star joins Albanian national team. AEK midfielder Astrit Ajdarevic, born in Pristina and raised in Scandinavia, said "yes" to the Albanian coach Panucci and is now ready to join the team.
In an interview for Supersport the midfielder has claimed it is a dream come true for him.
"I decided to choose Albania. I made tha choise with heart, because I've played with Sweden until I was 21. I spoke two months ago with Albania's leaders. It was not an easy decision, but now I have decided and will be part of Albania. I did not came to Albania before, but I'm looking forward to it. Wherever I have been I said I am an Albanian and now I will continue to be officially ", declared Astrit Ajdarevic.The Midfielder 1.92 m currently plays in Athens with AEK, while previously been active with Liverpool, Leicester City and Standard Liege.
Ajdarevic is 27 years old and will join the Albanian Rossoneri in the friendly with Turkey..
