"Today I have 4 restaurants in New York and one on Tokyo.I am the first Albanian to have a restaurant in Japan. It's very successful so far," says Prelvukaj.

"I had not the American dream, but when the war started in Kosovo and the economic situation became more difficult, we decided to leave," says Prelvukaj, who states that most of his employees are Albanians.

"300 workers are Albanians from 550 in total. I am very attached to the Albanian community because I want to open the door to the Albanian youth in order to continue their life in New York," says Prelvukaj.
