The Grand Park Rangers team is testing the use of 0 noise pollution vehicles for patrolling, monitoring and faster intervention in the Tirana Lake Park.
The first two electric vehicles were donated by "GREEN Projects", while the Municipality of Tirana has announced that investments and expansion of the recreational map require respecting the rules.
Tirana is the first city in Albania to start testing electric buses in urban public transport, but at the same time has begun working on transforming the taxi service, bringing a new environmentally friendly approach at much lower cost.

The electric taxi fleet in the capital, as well as alternative means of transport are expected to lower the level of pollution in the capital.
