Those farmers who increase their production by joining each other will not pay any tax, regardless of the volume of production.
Prime Minister Edi Rama announced an appeal, describing it as a milestone by the Minister of Finance, for agricultural production that will be a great incentive for farmers.
"The next historic annotation that will be made by the Minister of Finance for agricultural production will be a big stimulus. After we tell farmers that the joining and the increasing production through union is an activity where the government will not demand any tax regardless of production volume. This has so far been a major historical and psychological obstacle because up to a certain level of production the farmers have operated as a small, no-tax, VAT-free and when they pass it then they are forced to enter the VAT system , which does not stimulate the growth of the common force, where there are ridiculous situations. This, Edi Rama said, "will bring us a big hop and I believe that farmers from the coming week will feel free to be together and will not be afraid to join, since increasing their output will need to pay VAT. VAT is an instrument that will be used in sales, not in production. "
The standards for agro tourism have been set
Speaking about the agro-business stimulation program, Prime Minister Rama said, "The Ministry of Agriculture has drafted standards for agro tourism. Soon at a public conference we will present the framework within which an economic activity is called agro business starting from the minimum to the maximum and within these standards any business that will be called agro tourism will receive a certificate, by which will take a variety of incentives. We want to have dozens and hundreds in each agro business district, where families get out of poverty by building an agro business. After the first three years each enters into this kind of business will be 10 years without tax.
