US Ambassador to Belgrade Kyle Scott spoke today about the formation of the Kosovo Army.
In an interview to the Belgrade's "Blic", anwering to the question if Kosovo's Army is threatening the stability of the region, Scott has said:"I do not see why the Kosovo Army would be a bigger threat than it is, for example, the Army of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece, Bulgaria ...".Scott has also shown how the Kosovo Army should be formed: "It should be formed within the framework of the Kosovo Constitution and this requires the consultation of all peoples who live there. We support Kosovo's independence and every state has the right to choose a strategic partner and within its territory to form security forces, but this requires the reconciliation of all peoples living in Kosovo."
