For many years has been reported in the media in relation to the amount of precious materials extracted at the Rubik copper plant during the period of centralized economy as a result of copper refining.
However, not all of the information about the actual amount of benefit and the process being developed was open to the public. The reason is that the information was classified as 'top secret' and therefore could not be accessed.
The decision to declassify these materials has already been approved as a result of the continuous efforts of the journalist Marin Mema. The Decisions hold the signature of the archive director of the state, Ardit Bido, and argue that "the files are declassified because they have lost the value and purpose for which they are classified, as well as information on rare metals found in Fund 14 (Central Committee) are declassified years ago ".List of materials that are declassified:
