The personal adviser of Donald Trump for Cyber Security Rudolf Giuliani was in Tirana at the invitation of Iranian mujahedin on the occasion of Sulltan Nowruz's holiday. Former New York Mayor Giuliani described the presence of members of the Iranian opposition as overwhelmingly, over 2,000 of whom live in Albania.
He guaranteed Iranian resistance led by Iran's leader of National Council for Resistance Maryam Rajavi, for changing the regime and creating freedom and democracy in Iran as it offered its condolences to people who have suffered the persecution of the Iranian state while fighting for freedom.Guliani also expressed gratitude to the Albanian government, which offered shelter for the largest Iranian opposition group.
"This is an exciting moment to be with you in Tirana. I want to express my gratitude to the Albanian government and all the political parties. Just like in the United States here in Albania, political parties think that your organization is for peace and freedom. You are the only future for Iran. I assure you that those who have lost their lives in Iran in the name of freedom will not be forgotten. Your organization is headed by this woman, Marjam Rajavi, who is heroin to me. My message to the regime in Iran is this: their future is in hell. The right policy at this moment for Iran would be just the change of regime. It would be just a country that I would like to go and make me happier than today in Tirana, that country would be Iran! "Said Giuliani.
Rudi Giuliani also conveyed a message from President Trump about mujahedin on the occasion of Sultan Nevruz.
Sulltan Nowruz's story was written in Iran, today in Iran there is a regime. We will do our utmost to protect you, hope that the Iranians will see prosperous days. Despite repression, you are fighting for your rights and freedoms," Giuliani said.
Iran's National Resistance Council Chairman Maryam Rajavi said in her speech that Europe should also recognize the democratic alternative such as the Iranian Resistance International Council.
"During this year there will be an unwavering commitment to continue the protests towards the main goal. Europe should also recognize the democratic alternative, eg. Iran's International Resistance Council. Europe must also abandon the old friendly relocation policies and recognize the struggle of the Iranian people to overthrow this regime. Sultan Nevruz's celebration for which we are fighting will bring happiness and hope to this poor and oppressed society," Rajavi said.
In the hall were was also present the Minister of Diaspora Pandeli Majko, the deputy Elona Gjebrea and the head of the Republican Party Fatmir Mediu. Mujahedin have heard the word of the diaspora minister who told the muhahedin that Albania is their second homeland.
"Some time ago no one believed that these doors would be opened in Albania. Albania is your country, it is your home. We are here that we believe there is only one Iran for all and that is the truth. The new year is a dream, I dream of going to Tehran and seeing you with your families there. Remember that there will always be a second homeland for you and this is Albania," Majko said.
