Tirana Police has successfully completed the anti-drug operation codenamed "Fresku", within which 69 cocaine doses have been seized and the narcotics possessor was arrested.
"Narcotics Investigation Specialists at the Tirana Local Police Directorate, following the work on preventing and hitting the distribution of narcotics to small doses, based on the information obtained on operational routes, arrested in flagrance the citizen E.D., 25 years old , resident in Tirana, previously convicted with the criminal offense "Exploitation of Prostitution".Based on the information available at the Department of Narcotics Investigation at the Tirana Police Department Directorate, taken in an operational way, resulted that this citizen committed an illegal activity of selling cocaine in small doses to persons in different areas of Tirana, as Fresku, Xhamlliku and Porcelain.
The abovementioned citizens at the moment of detention by the police services in the "Dibra" Street near a cafeteria had in the quality of the material evidence about 69 doses of cocaine.
The procedural materials passed to the Prosecutor's Office of the Tirana First Instance Court for further investigative actions for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of Narcotic Drugs".
