Albania and Greece held today the first round of talks on the delimitation of maritime areas between the two countries.
The news was made public by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its official website.
"The first round of talks between Greece and Albania on the definition of sea areas between them occurred today, April 30, 2018, in Tirana. The meeting took place in a constructive cooperation climate," the Greek Foreign Ministry said.Albania's ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs said to Oculus News that the meeting was held between negotiating groups and not on ministerial level.
