Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit in Autumn will be a great honor for Serbia and a confirmation of the traditional friendly ties between the two countries.
Vucic met with Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Aleksandar Chepur on Friday, who confirmed that Putin had accepted the invitation, as Radio Free Europe's Balkan Service reports, Chepurin thanked Vucic for the high level of bilateral relations.He said Putin's visit expresses Moscow's desire and ambition to work on deepening the co-operation between the two countries. It is expected that several agreements will be signed during Putin's visit to Belgrade, Serbia's Presidency said.
