Last year, is declared the winner of the European Youth Award (EYA) and the Donor of the Second World Gift project created by the Kosovo college - Riinvest College - students won the first place, highlighting once again the seriousness of the college, the dedication of students and the management of professors. The Donate Blood project was born as an idea in one of the UNICEF Innovation Lab seminars, where it also received the first mentorship and financial aid. Since it was one of the winning projects at the UNICEF Innovation Workshop, the project came to the forefront of the Ministry of Health, where on 21 June it became its official launch, making MH as part of the project collaborators.The Health Minister Uran Ismaili said that creating an online platform and voluntary blood donation will increase the opportunities of the National Blood Transfusion Center to respond to ongoing blood demand for people in need, while the Ministry of Health through using innovative methods and technology combination, will provide more practical solutions to many of the problems over the years.
"An application that has given trouble for years gives you a modern solution. For me it will be a great relief, it will be an opportunity to see what our shortages and reservations are. We must continue financing in solving major problems ", said Minister Ismaili.
