Russian billionaire Andrey Melnichenko's yacht has been anchored in Saranda, it is unknown whether the Russian businessman is inside his yacht.
This has impressed the citizens of Saranda, but also the vacationers who are enjoying these warm days making photo with this costly yacht. We remind again that the super-yacht "Sailing Yacht A" was anchored on Albanian coast on July of this year, and the event caused fuss and rage in Albania, as some Albanian circles think Melnichenko is a friend of Rusia's president Vladimir Putin and is trying to penetrate in the Albanian economy by eny mean, in order to find ways to influence in Albania and Balkans.
We remind that at last two years, many scholars, organisations, nations and many news have circulated relating to the Rusian wish to influence the Balkans by any mean. Thus having in mind that the corruption level in Albania is the highest in Europe and the Albanian citizens the poorest of Europe, the influence may come easily, maybe with some few million dollars.
Apparently, the Russian billionaire has chosen to return to the Albanian coast, while some Albanian media has provided some footage as the yacht is anchored at the port of Saranda.
